To facilitate communication, please use the following guidelines:

• Concerns that impact your child in all core classes should be directed to the Team Leader, Heidi Gerdes. Every attempt will be made to respond to your request as soon as possible.
• Concerns that impact your child in a specific class should be directed to that individual teacher.

All work is expected to be handed in on time in order to enhance the level of learning that takes place during class time.

Missing work due to absences can be acquired by checking the posted assignments on Google Classroom and checking in with the teacher during study hall, office hours, or emailing with questions upon returning to school.

Your child’s graded work is a good indicator of performance in each class. Please use Campus Parent Portal to review your child’s grades on a regular basis. Regular checks of your child’s progress will help to ensure his or her success. If you have concerns, it is a good idea to call or email the individual teacher.

Teachers will be available daily during Study Hall or by emailing them to set up another time.
